Appointments

Call 860-310-5559 to make an appointment during business hours. For your convenience, we also offer online scheduling. The online scheduling link will take you to an external website.

• From there, you will select the doctor you wish to see.

• You will then be shown available dates and times for appointments.

• Please follow instructions below depending on appointment type.

   - New Patient: if you have never seen Dr. Hunter or Dr. Louden at any location

   - Transferring Patient: if you have seen Dr. Hunter or Dr. Louden before, but
     never at Bloom Natural Health

   - Follow up Patient: you have seen a doctor previously at Bloom Natural Health

New Patients

You are a new patient if have never seen Dr. Hunter or Dr. Louden at any location.

• Select New Patient Visit (50 minutes)

• After making a visit selection, you will be shown available dates and times

• After selecting an appointment, the system will ask if you are an existing patient

   - Say no if you are a new and you haven’t yet registered on our system.

• You will be asked your name, DOB, phone number, email address and gender

• Click confirm

• You will get an immediate email that your request has been confirmed

• Once our staff has reviewed and confirmed the request, you will get a second
   email confirming your appointment

• We will also email you an invitation to our Patient Portal and a link to New
   Patient paperwork to complete for your first visit

Established Patients

• Select either Follow up Visit (40 minutes) or Follow up Visit (30 minutes).

• After making a visit selection, you will be shown available dates and times

• After selecting an appointment, the system will ask if you are an existing patient

   - Say yes if you have previously scheduled an appointment with us

• You will then give your patient ID or your date of birth to log in

• Click confirm

• You will get an immediate email that your request has been confirmed

• Once our staff has reviewed and confirmed the request, you will get a second
   email confirming your appointment

Transferring Patients

You are a transferring patient if you have seen Dr. Hunter or Louden at our prior practice but are seeing us for the first time at Bloom Natural Health.

• Select Follow up Visit (40 minutes) or Follow up Visit (30 minutes)

• After making a visit selection, you will be shown available dates and times

• After selecting an appointment, the system will ask if you are an existing patient

   - Say no if you are a transferring patient and haven’t registered on our system

• You will be asked your name, DOB, phone number, email address and gender

• Click confirm

• You will get an immediate email that your request has been confirmed

• Once our staff has reviewed and confirmed the request, you will get a second
   email confirming your appointment

• We will also email you an invitation to our Patient Portal and a link to some
   Brief Demographic paperwork to complete for your first visit
