Appointments

Telehealth

We offer telehealth appointments and in person appointments.

  • All insurances with which we participate have been covering Telehealth services during the pandemic and so far, they continue to do so.

  • Links for your telehealth visit can be found in your confirmation email, your reminder email and under appointments in your patient portal.

  • We use the enhanced-security Zoom platform which is HIPAA-compliant for the security of your protected health information.

 

In Person Appointments

  • Appointments booked online can be either in person or telehealth. Please indicate the appointment type you prefer when booking.

  • If you would like to change your appointment type please call or message the front desk.

 

New Patients

All new patients are asked to create a patient portal account and complete your new patient paperwork there.

  • New patient paperwork must be completed 48 hours or more before your visit. If paperwork has not been completed, we will reschedule your appointment to allow more time.

  • If you have any difficulty accessing the patient portal to complete your paperwork, please call our office for assistance more than 48 hours prior to your appointment so that we may assist you.

  • This paperwork includes a detailed past medical history that your doctor will review before your visit. Please allow 30-45 minutes to complete it.

  • We recommend that you complete this paperwork on a desktop or laptop computer, or an ipad. The system is not mobile-friendly and attempting to complete the forms on your phone is not recommended.

 

Online Scheduling

For your convenience, we also offer online scheduling. The online scheduling link will take you to an external website.

  • From there, select the doctor you wish to see.

  • You will be shown available dates and times for appointments.

 

Please follow instructions below depending on appointment type.

  • New Patient: you have never seen Dr. Hunter, Dr. Louden, or Dr. Neffinger at any location or if you have not seen them in the last 3 years.

  • Follow up Patient: you have seen a doctor previously at Bloom Natural Health within the last 3 years.

 

New Patients

Select New Patient Visit

  • After making a visit selection, you will be shown available dates and times

  • After selecting an appointment, the system will ask if you are an existing patient

  • Say no if you are a new and you haven’t yet registered on our system.

  • Enter your name, DOB, phone number, email address and gender

  • Click confirm

  • You will get an immediate email that your request has been confirmed

  • Once our staff has reviewed and confirmed the request, you will get a second email confirming your appointment

  • We will also email you an invitation to our Patient Portal and a link to New Patient paperwork to complete for your first visit.

 

Established Patients

  • Established patients can access the online scheduler through the patient portal or through the external link above. These instructions are for the link above.

  • Select “Follow up Visit”

  • You will be shown available dates and times

  • After selecting an appointment, the system will ask if you are an existing patient

  • Choose yes if you have previously scheduled an appointment with us

  • Enter your patient ID or your date of birth to log in. Your patient ID can be found in past emails or in the patient portal.

  • Click confirm

  • You will get an immediate email that your request has been confirmed

  • Once our staff has reviewed and confirmed the request, you will get a second email confirming your appointment
