Bloom Natural Health Update: Safety and Services


 

Bloom Natural Health is pleased to maintain our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your health and wellness, by implementing in-office safety measures, offering telehealth, curbside pickup, and a dispensary discount program, and continuing to expand our suite of naturopathic services.

Services

Telehealth

  • Bloom Natural Health will continue to offer telehealth services for the foreseeable future.

  • Telehealth visits are covered by all of our in-network insurance companies

  • When scheduling, you may choose your preference for a telehealth or in-person visit. We will inform you when an in-person evaluation or physical exam is necessary.

  • If you have symptoms of illness, please choose a telehealth visit, or change your in-person visit to telehealth by calling the office ((860)310-5559). If further testing is required, your doctor will advise you on next steps.

  • Licensing laws require that all telehealth visits must be conducted in state. Unfortunately, we cannot provide telehealth outside the state of Connecticut. If you reside out of state, you may drive to CT and call from your parked car. Please be advised that it is not safe to participate in telehealth sessions while driving.

Curbside Pickup

  • Bloom Natural Health continues to offer curbside pickup for prepaid supplements.

  • Please elect to use curbside pickup if you are sick, to avoid entering the office.

  • Text (860) 310-5565 upon arrival for curbside pickup (the number is also available on the banner outside our office). Please note that the curbside pickup number is different than the office number, and that text messages to the office number will not be received.

On-Site Dispensary Customer Appreciation Program

  • Bloom Natural Health is pleased to promote continued wellness by extending a discount through our customer appreciation program for our on-site dispensary.

  • Earn a stamp on our rewards card for every $20 spent in the on-site dispensary. When you reach 10 stamps, receive 20% off your next purchase.


 
Safety

Bloom Natural Health supports keeping each other safe through hygiene, hand-washing, immune health, and mask wearing. When visiting our office, please help us take care of one another by complying with the following policy:

  • Masks worn over the mouth and nose continue to be required in our entryway, stairwell, and in our office at all times, regardless of vaccination status.

  • This policy is in accordance with CDC and OSHA guidelines.


 
Cancellation Policy

To best serve all of our patients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If you can't attend your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice of cancellation.

  • We frequently have a waiting list of patients waiting for earlier appointments. Providing 24-hour notice gives our office the opportunity to offer slots to patients awaiting appointments.

  • We apply a late cancellation or missed appointment fee. We regret that we must apply a $50 fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
